multiple certificates for a course
- in medical settings you have different disciplines (nurses, docs, NPs, DOs) that may take the same course but each has a different accrediting organization and requires specific language on the certificate. I have built courses that had up to four different certs.

I am working on the same thing right now for the acupuncture space! Currently I have to think about 3 options: CAB (California Acupuncture Board), NCCAOM (the US national board), and lastly, those who just need a "generic" certificate of completion. I've got all this pretty well figured out, from asking them upon signup which board they are with, license number, etc. Currently, I am building a custom plugin which spits out a shortcode. Depending on their particular settings, it successfully spits out the right content!
BUT the only problem I have now, is that whatever code the certificate PDF builder uses, makes it hard to format my output in a way that looks ... acceptable.
If anyone is interested, I can provide more details. Currently I am try9ing to figure out how to conditionally hook a particular certificate depending on their board, or (as I have been up till now) just swap out the content of the single cert, but make it look prettier.

I have courses where the UK accreditation is different to the Australian and New Zealand accreditation - I need to offer 3 different certificates for the same course. Is this possible please?

Right now you associate the certificate to the quiz. You might address this issue by flipping the relationship and associating the quiz to the certificate.
