If answer is wrong - I would like to be able to provide a custom response
When a student gets a wrong answer I would like to be able to provide them a custom response. For example:
QUESTION:
With regard to the clinical history in a patient you suspect has injured their ACL, which of the following answers is the most correct?
ANSWER 1 – A ‘pop’ or ‘snap’ sensation
Incorrect.
MESSAGE: All of these symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of an ACL injury. A popping or snapping sensation is described by more than 50% or patients presenting following after an injury to their ACL.
ANSWER 2 – A sense of “something going out of place”
Incorrect.
MESSAGE: All of these symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of an ACL injury. This is a commonly reported symptom. Patients often used their hands to demonstrate their tibia and femur moving apart.
ANSWER 3 – A history of a twisting injury
Incorrect.
MESSAGE: All of these symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of an ACL injury. The majority of football players report a relatively innocuous twisting injury – a change of direction, landing from a jump or sudden deceleration are common mechanisms.
ANSWER 4 – Rapid swelling
Incorrect.
MESSAGE: All of these symptoms are consistent with the diagnosis of an ACL injury. 50% of patients describe rapid swelling (within hours). This reflects a haemarthrosis.
ANSWER 5 – All of the above
Correct.
MESSAGE: All of the symptoms described above are characteristic of an injury to the ACL and should prompt you to consider this as a diagnosis. It is important to stress that not all of these symptoms are described by all athletes who injure their ACL.

Google forms can do this, so when this is needed I have to use that. It would be awesome if learn dash could supply this feature. I would be willing to help fund it if anyone else is interested.
