  4. Articulate and Storyline interaction import?

    Content authoring packages are numerous, Articulate and Storyline have their followers and a clean and simple import facility to bring them into courses as part of the overall content would be useful.

  5. Integration of third-party services: Google docs, Evernote, Dropbox, etc.

    Everyone uses a number of great products in their teaching and learning. If there was a platform that could integrate them all, it would be very powerful for teaching and learning.

  7. Allow learners to create a portofolio that works accross classes

    Allow him/her to publish for world / fellow students / teacher / private

    E.e. a bit of Mahara functionality

    Can be integrate with other suggestions, like profile, badgets, learning objectives, etc.

    Students would take a diagnostic test for a given subject area and according to how they answered, they would be assigned lessons accordingly.

  10. Organizational based course listing

    Sometimes we aren't selling our courses, we are hosting them for clients. We would like have course listing only for certain organizations using different shortcodes. We do a lot of corporate training for individual companies. They want their employees to come into a personalized area that contains the courses for that company, not our entire course library.

  11. Have a message-builder so the system can notify students, supervisors, etc. with branded messages

    I would like to notify students of their status by sending emails when something changes. For example, a message to the student that a course has been completed. Same message could notify the student's employer or other interested party too.

    Would be great if these messages can be branded with a header image.

    I imagine a message builder that allows the administrator to write a message, specify what conditions would cause it to be sent, choose who receives the message, and include merge fields (like FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, COURSE_NAME) to personalize the message.

  13. Assign courses by job role

    Professionals need to be able to add their organisation's job roles and assigned users to courses based on job role.

  14. Create a credits system

    User buy a combo of credits (ex: 10 US$ like 100 credits). If see a course, debit credits for modules (curse A have modules a1,a2,a3)
    Module A1=debit 10(x) points, A2 debit 6 points. I belive if a user make a less money operations, is easy to buy more modules by points..

  16. Online or Video lecture delivery

    Student can view video based lectures as many times he/she can. This will be a great feature of LMS

  17. allow for presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, OpenOffice, etc.) to easily be viewed within each lesson rather than merely a link.

    students and parents don't want a hassle. Most parents are non-IT, so keep it simple by laying it all out there for the students. If the teacher has a ppt presentation, provide a few options for viewing it (embedded, larger, new window, etc.)

  19. Allow for multi-tennant configuation

    A Multi-tennant install would allow an online training provider to sell their service of courses and LMS to multible customers each one would have access and not know about the other.
