  1. LearnDash template tag shortcodes

    Having some template tag shortcodes would allow you to navigate easily through your course & it's underlying lessons and topics.

    e.g.

    [nexttopic] / [previoustopic] *
    [nextlesson] / [previouslesson]

    When progressing through topics, and you're at the last topic within a series of lessons - this would be helpful to:
    a) progress to the next topic (in the next lesson)
    b) and skip having to 'go back to the main lesson page to mark as complete' before continuing onto the next topic.

  2. A shortcode to display the student's assignments (and comments)

    To have the ability to show the assignments in the user profile (I'm using Ultimate member), so they have all that useful info in one place.

  3. Drip content from the moment a student starts a course.

    Is the only way to make it work with a mix model (monthly membership + sell courses individually).

    Or if the user buys multiples courses at the same time.

  4. Check exact spelling in cloze and free choice questions

    For language courses, it is necessary to check the exact spelling. Currently, Learndash doesn't distinguish between "learndash" or "Learndash". Both are correct. This is a kick out for language courses.

    Students would take a diagnostic test for a given subject area and according to how they answered, they would be assigned lessons accordingly.

  7. Create learning portal effect with linked list of enrolled courses upon log-in

    Learners could be directed to a linked list of their enrolled courses upon log-in, like a learning portal homepage custom to the user. This way, learners will not need to first reference their courses in their profile and then navigate to the courses page to access the materials.

  9. Allow Group Members to Take Courses for Free if the Group Leader has a Paid Subscription

    If the Group Leader has a paid subscription, I would like to allow their group members to take courses for free. The application of this function that I am thinking of is a small business owner that pays a subscription, and allows his employees access to assigned courses for training at no cost to the employees.

  10. Improve templating engine

    If I want to edit the structure of any page of this plugin I have to do it by editing straight the course.php or any other file I want to modify.

    It could be great, from a developer point of view, to be able to clone this folder inside a theme and work without the need to modify your files...

  11. Multiple Questions based on the 1 passage

    This is for the foreign language courses probably but can be applied to many other situations.

    A way to structure questions so that the student reads a long passage which has missing words, expressions, etc..

    For example, "Read the passage and complete the passage with the available answers.

    "Bob went to the beach on a [ Q1 ] day. but he forgot his suntan lotion so got burned very badly. [ Q2 ] the next day he had to work."

    Q1 Answer Options:
    A ) cold
    B ) sunny
    C ) rainy

    Q2 Answer Options:
    A ) Thankfully
    B )…

  12. Connect Courses to WooCommerce Bookings (For Live Zoom Courses/Curriculums).

    Many people sell dynamic courses with Zoom integration! We need to be able to attach a LearnDash course to a WooCommerce "Bookable Product". You already support Simple Product and Simple Subscription, but you do not support this. It is extremely important for online education!

    Please fix this ASAP. It's a very simple code fix that will unlock huge potential.

  13. Create a student category field, connected to the student profile, to allow administrators to select student groups.

    This will allow administrators to quickly select student groups for assignments, communications and reports.

    most learning platforms offer use of cyrillic alphabets but only in the content area, and not in the user interface. Russia has an enormous potential for distance learning.

  19. Migrate users from other LMS systems (Moodle)

    For the sake of sanity, the ability to migrate all current users from a Moodle LMS to LearnDash would be highly advantageous when considering the move to this new system.

  20. Add 'drag & drop' quiz options.

    It would be great to have this option for quizzes. Since wordpress already supports drag & drop, it could be technically feasible.
