Control the acces of every lesson (drip feed control)
Hi,
I think it's really important for us to control what we want the students see to have a better follow up on what they need
It's really important !
For example:
- You propose a service that allow students to have a professor who follow the user on the exercices ect. You want to give the permission to the professors to control the acces of a course to have a better follow up on what the student need
- Or, a client delete his account, or a bug delete it. He was on the lesson 8. But with the…4 votes -
Option that makes a lesson or topic optional
Right now I can only choose if the lections are in an allowed order or not. But when the allowed order is set, a lesson or topic must be finished befor the next lesson or topic can start. In big courses I want to integrate info pages, which aren't a must have, so the student can jump to this page, even when the lesson or topic isn't reached. It would be great, if theres an option, which makes a lesson or topic optinal to allow a crossjumping without leaving the allowed order for the course.

conditional answers
Quiz: Next question based on the response of the student
example:
Q-1: you're okay?
R -1: yes
R-2: no
if the student replied R-1 (yes)
it has the next question that would not be the same as if he had responded R-2 (non)

Quiz Options: Add option to use letters instead of numbers for answer options
It would be great if the quiz option "Number Answers" would let us select the type of numbering we wanted such as a,b,c,d or A,B,C,D instead of the default 1,2,3,4

Cloned course keeps page builder styling
I use Beaver Builder to design my course pages. They all use a very similar format so I take advantage of the Clone Course feature. However, this only clones the content - none of the hours worth of styling and formatting in my page builder. However, a different plugin - Duplicate Post - that I use to clone individual lessons/topics does! I think if it's possible that they can keep the styling, it's possible for Learndash to as well. I'd love for this to be considered.

Create two part questions
I would like to offer two-part questions. Like a multiple choice answer plus a free choice answer. Sort of an answer + explanation which is typed in. Each part is worth a half point and part of the same question.

Multiple quiz questions under one main direction
I would like to offer one main instruction like (Fill in the blank, What does ** do in the following sentence, select the correct **) and then offer multiple questions under the same question instead of a new question + instruction for each question. I've seen this in many quizzes. This is useful for sentence related questions so they read the instructions once and answer multiple questions. So you would create one main question "What does the adverb do in the sentence? Manner or strengthen?" then list the sentences, each with their own multi-choice/fill in blank/etc. Hope that made sense.

permalink structure
while courses, lessons & topics are all connected/related to each other.. their permalinks says otherwise... how about doing it like the example below..

total time spent
A time tracking feature?
while making a new lesson/topic a new text input will be shown just below "Forced Topic Timer" labeled as "Duration"I'd like to show students the time they'll need to spend on a specific course...
the total time for each lesson/topic should add up.
Course A
- Lesson 1 (1hour)
- Lesson 2 (45min)
- Lesson 3 (15min)
now the total duration for Course A is (2h)now this should again be tracked PER student..
Student A completed Course A,B & C.
Course A (2h)
Course B (7h)
Course C (1h)

A shortcode to display the student's assignments (and comments)
To have the ability to show the assignments in the user profile (I'm using Ultimate member), so they have all that useful info in one place.

Attachments
Lesson (and or Topic, etc.) Attachments. Perhaps we created a pdf version of the lesson for download, or a mp3, or whatever. There'd be some options / fields on the back end. At the bottom of the front-end page for the lesson / topic / whatever, it'd say "[Lesson] Attachment(s): Title of Attachment (as a link) or an icon / image / fonticon whatever like a pdf - Lesson, pdf - Accompanying eBook, whatever.

able to remove quiz title page info from every quiz question page
At present if I add a photo to quiz intro page, it appears on every question .. Why? Personally, I find this confusing... The intro is the intro and the questions the questions...

Sample Topics
right now there is only the option to have a sample lesson, including all of its topics. It would be great if it was possible on "topic level" as well

Articulate style authoring...
Learndash is an LMS which seems to place most of its emphasis on results, tracking , calculating. For thanks it's great and economical. In terms of delivering content it's limited. You can't interact with the content but only 'afterwards' There's no feeling of immersion that you get from apple apps or Story Line. The world is moving quickly and LD needs to move with it!

The ability to have only a quiz in a course rather than Lesson + Quiz (the structure is way too rigid!)
If I want to have a progress test at the end of the week, I need to create a lesson first, put nothing in it and then create a quiz. It's not logical (I think!)

Copy question from same quiz!!!
If I want to duplicate a question in a quiz I save it in another quiz and then import it from 'another ' quiz. Why can't I just copy a question that's already in the same quiz!!?

Integrated email drip feed solution rather than clumsy mailchimp
Where you have the ability to create lessons you also have the ability to create an email as well as delivery options. More and more training is dripfed and a one-stop solution, is, n my opinion, really important!

Improve templating engine
If I want to edit the structure of any page of this plugin I have to do it by editing straight the course.php or any other file I want to modify.
It could be great, from a developer point of view, to be able to clone this folder inside a theme and work without the need to modify your files...

Bulk upload new course/topic/lessons
Allow me to upload a CSV with columns specifying Course, Lesson, or Topic; parent items; item name; item description.
This will greatly speed up building large courses.
