  1. Absolutely need the power to reset a lesson or quiz for a student.

When I go into a lesson with a document attachment, I can see the documents the students have sent me. It would be nice to enter other lessons and see a list of students who have completed it.

I would also like to easily reset student progress on any given lesson that would unmark the lesson complete on the my end and the student's end.

  2. Custom Fields and Custom Template Integration

It seems a little strange that you force a user or designer to write lesson plans in the editor and not have an option for custom field integration. Custom fields when integrated into a custom template design is so much more powerful and organized. In fact its even faster to load the pages. This will prevent embedding content into the Wordpress editor, which cannot handle html or php effectively. So in result a user imports a video or photo ect, into the editor it can in return mess up the template.

If you allowed for custom fields, I as a…

  3. Quiz Opening/Closing at Certain Times

I teach high school and would not want the kids taking the test out of my room, so a setting that allows me to set a date and time that the quiz is available would be great!

  4. Add essay questions to the quizzes

Common Core standards are pushing for more open ended questions. Of course, they would need manually graded, but this is a key ingredient in a test.

  5. Make a student progress panel to easily see which lesson the students are currently on.

The ProPanel shows student activity, but does not give a clear - easy to see - picture of which student is on which activity. When keeping track of 30-50 students, it would be nice to have a clear panel showing me who is on which step.

  6. Add 2 additional quiz types: Matching and Drag-And-Drop

I am transferring content from Lectora and miss two major quiz types that occur in most other authoring tools:

1 Matching. This is where you match items across two columns.
2 Drag and Drop. This is where you drag items onto a jpeg image in the correct (defined) place.

  7. Improved Reporting - Add a sidebar tab solely for reporting

I'd like to see a tab that's solely dedicated to reporting. Run reports on users, quizzes or course from one spot. Features would include:

    • date filters
    • can add custom fields to users and course and pull those into reports
    • individual transcripts.

Basically a place for all reporting to live and build it out from there :)

  8. User answers review

User should be able to see his answers not only during the time when he's doing particular quiz at the time being (currently), but also when he is going through another quiz that he has been already done another time. In this case the answers given by the user should be displayed in the same place where it is now ( View answers ). And for example: shortcode, could recall a list of quizzes that has been already done, in correct order, together with the ability to click on a button that allows the user to see the questions with…

  9. Answer type

We need another answer type in advanced quiz. So far youve developed 7 type: Single choice Multiple choice "Free" choice "Sorting" choice "Matrix Sorting" choice Cloze Assessment. The one thing is missing in our humble opinion - it is the ability to have such a answer type that do the following: a) is a simple mulitiline text field that user can fullfill with his own remarks or own opinion regarding given question (similiar to his own notes) b) those answers shouldnt be treated either as wright or wrong. c) It should be optional for the tutor or teacher…

  10. Multiline reply

As far as single line reply option in advanced quiz is concerned we need to have a multiline reply or the multiline text field as well. Moreover (see point 1) those answers have to be saved for further review f.e. a week later, not only during the quiz.

  11. Quiz navigation

However, if the user solve all quizzes in the lesson, and want to come back again to the first quiz in that lesson, and for example correct it (free text field) and then, wants to go to the second quiz in this lesson - he can not, because he is automatically redirected to the first quiz which has not been done yet. In our opinion there should be 2 options for going further, when user again goes through the quiz that he has already done before: - Go to the next quiz in this lesson, - Go to the next…

  12. Quiz Statistics: Aggregate quiz question stats

Background: I am running a flipped class didactic. I have a 10 question quiz for a class of 20 to do in advance. I want to focus in on the questions that were answered wrong so that I can take time to discuss those questions in class. At the moment, the only way it appears that I can figure out which questions were commonly answered wrong is to go through each individual quiz taker's answers and see what they got right/wrong and manually tabulate the aggregate data... time consuming when there are multiple quiz takers. What I am looking for…

  14. Add Topics list shortcode

I find myself wanting to create lists of topics (associated with a given lesson) in the same way as we can create lists of lessons (for a given course). Overall, it might be worth considering promoting the data structure of Topics to a similar level, and capability, as Lessons, e.g. at top menu level, including a widget, etc.

  15. Allow multiple lesson association for topics

Awesome plug-in. Really allowing me to prototype some learning content within my limited technical capabilities.

Topics are vital -- massive feature add -- well done. I use (or need to use) topics in a somewhat modular fashion, i.e. one topic might serve a few different lessons in very different courses. To make up a very simple hypothetical example, suppose I have a carpentry and a sewing course. A walk through on metric vs. English linear dimension units might be relevant to both courses, and of course would be useful in the context of each. I'd like a single topic, with…

  19. Multiple certificate sizes

At this time cerificates are limited to one size. This creates layout issues for example in countries where users go to print out their certificates on A4 paper

  20. Implement custom redirect after course/lesson/topic/quiz completions

At the moment we don't have any real control over what happens when a user completes the course. The more actions users have to take to continue to the next course increases complexity and the chance of confusions. Custom redirects allow for a more guided learning experience.
